Acceptance of Terms

By using LensFlare, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the app.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you create (spots, photos, reviews, and other posts). You grant us a licence to host and display that content within the app as needed to provide the features, respecting the visibility settings you choose.

You are responsible for making sure the content you share is lawful and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Acceptable and Safe Use

• Always obey road traffic laws; never use the app while driving.
• Only photograph or share locations you may lawfully access; do not trespass on private property.
• Do not share or seek the locations of private property without permission.
• Do not post unlawful, hateful, or harassing content, or impersonate others.
• Do not use the app to organise or encourage illegal or dangerous driving.

Drives and Convoys

Groups and convoys are organised by members, not by us. Participation in any drive is entirely at your own risk; we are not responsible for the conduct of participants or for any incident arising from a drive.

Subscriptions

Premium plans are optional monthly subscriptions that unlock additional creation limits and features. Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Billing is handled by our payment provider, and you can cancel at any time.

Our Service

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Spot locations are contributed by the community: always verify that a location is safe, accessible, and lawful to visit before you go.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using and delete your account at any time from your profile.

Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of significant changes within the app. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
